Atlas Minds Suite

The Atlas Minds Suite is a set of sibling products that share auth, data plane, and integration depth with Harmonia. They're not third-party connectors — they're built by the same team, run on the same platform, and have access to internals no external integration can match.

Signl — Call intelligence

Signl listens to your team's recorded calls and scores them. Define rubrics (rapport, qualification, objection handling, close strength), point Signl at your call source (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, or any of the supported telephony providers), and every call comes back with:

• A transcript with speaker labels.
• A score per rubric dimension.
• Coachable moments — specific timestamps where the rep did something noteworthy, good or bad.
• Trends per rep, per team, per call type.

Calls flow back into Harmonia as activities on the contact's timeline, with the score attached. Coaches can jump from a low-scoring call straight to the moment that lost the deal.

Notos — Live call extraction

Notos rides on a live call (not a recording) and extracts structured data in real time — fields you'd normally have to log manually after hanging up. Configure which fields to extract (qualification questions, budget, decision criteria, next step), and Notos populates them on the contact, opportunity, or submission as the call happens.

For brokerages and high-volume call shops, Notos is the single biggest reduction in post-call admin time we've measured. If your team currently spends 5-10 minutes after every call writing notes into the CRM, Notos collapses that to zero.

Metis — RAG-as-a-service

Metis is a knowledge base that gives your team — and the AI assistant — instant answers from your own docs, SOPs, playbooks, and product literature. Drop files into Metis, it embeds and indexes them, and the AI assistant in Harmonia can cite passages by name when answering questions.

Useful when:

• New reps need to find the answer to "what's the rate sheet for X scenario" without pinging a senior teammate.
• Compliance requires that answers can be traced back to the source document.
• You have product documentation that should be searchable but doesn't belong in a public doc site.

Signl Select — The bundle

Signl Select is the suite bundle — Signl, Notos, and Metis together, deployed and configured for a specific industry vertical. Today the available verticals are MCA brokerages, commercial lending, and insurance brokerages. Each vertical comes with pre-built rubrics, extraction schemas, and starter knowledge content.

Connecting

Open Integrations, scroll to the Atlas Minds Suite section at the top, and click Connect on any of the four. OAuth runs through Atlas Minds SSO — if you already have an Atlas Minds account, it'll link automatically. If you don't, you can provision one inline.
